We are busy preparing for our first Burns’ supper by reinvigorating an old game haggis recipe at our butchery in Leith.
We will be offering this as part of a 5-course menu that also includes fermented turnip, haggis-spiced ice-cream and whisky mice, with the option to add a matched malt to each course. A perfect accompaniment to the food and the views.
